Fancy Food & Culinary Products

As freelance editor, I oversaw the editorial production of Talcott Publishing‘s culinary publication Fancy Food Magazine. While developing the magazine’s layout within InDesign, I led the creation and placement of editorial content, wrote articles and proofread all written contributor content. I also prepared issues of Fancy Food for the Specialty Food Association’s annual San Francisco Fancy Food Show.
